Serifos belongs to Cyclades, a complex of 56 islands, all of them famous worldwide.
Serifos can simply be described as a breathtaking landscape combined with a traditional Greek island authenticity. Snow-white houses with colorful windows, limpid narrow streets, small churches with white or blue domes, traditional windmills and golden sandy beaches.
The capital of Serifos is the captivating Chora, built amphitheatrically on a hill. Chora is considered as one of the most beautiful island capitals of Greece.

Serifos has more than 70 beaches. The most popular of them are: Psili Amos, Agios Sostis, Lia, Agios Ioanis, Kalo Abeli, Vagia, Ganema, Megalo Livadi, Sycamia, Platys Gialos, Avlomonas, Karavi and Livadakia.

Access to Serifos
Serifos is connected by coastal navigation with Piraeus, the islands of the line of Milos (and Crete), as well as many islands of Cyclades. During the summer time there are daily routes, where as during the rest of the year, the frequency of the sea transportation is formed according to the season. The duration of the trip by a conventional car ferry is about 4,5 hours and by the speedboats about 2,5 hours.
